Cottage Cheese?
Yesterday for lunch Melissa was VERY excited to see cottage cheese on the menu. She loves cottage cheese. In fact, back home she eats it for breakfast on a regular basis. Odd - I know. Take a look at her Hungarian cottage cheese experience. Fried up and served on, yes, you guessed it, sweetened sour cream. Actually not too bad I thought. Melissa - she had a priceless expression. I have a feeling eating with her on this trip is going to be an adventure in itself!

Can you get chicken noodle soup? As I recall that was Melissa's other favorite breakfast food. What fun following your adventures. I am certain Hungary will be a livelier place for the time you are there. The photos are wonderful. I am enjoying being a vicarious traveler. Take care, Lyn
What a face! It was great catching up on your last few days ... The pictures of the city make it look a bit brighter than the decription ... keep sending pictures ... I feel like I'm out there with you guys. Have you found any good wines?
Stay safe.

Haha, that's sweet! That's not cottage cheese for real, it's cottage cheese prepared as sweet balls. We eat it in its more natural form too but the one you tried is a typically Hungarian dish!
